Teach For Portugal

Teach For Portugal is a non-profit association founded with the aim of promoting a successful education for all children so that their future prospects are not limited by their socio-economic status. Teach For Portugal recruits and selects graduates and professionals from various fields with a strong leadership profile, committed to being part of the solution, placing them in the most disadvantaged schools in the country for a period of 2 years. Their energy, enthusiasm and motivation are essential to bring high expectations to the classrooms of these schools and transform the expected path of students in these communities. The training, empowerment and mentoring provided by Teach For Portugal during these two years ensure that these young talents deliver an education of excellence.
