Teach For Portugal recruits and selects graduates and professionals from various fields with a strong leadership profile, committed to being part of the solution, placing them in the most disadvantaged schools in the country for a period of 2 years. Their energy, enthusiasm and motivation are essential to bring high expectations to the classrooms of these schools and transform the expected path of students in these communities.
