Thrift Round Table

Thrift Round Table is a best-practices cooperative for growth-minded Greater Atlanta charities striving to enhance thrift store revenues and operations, and strengthen volunteer and staff engagement, as vital mechanisms to support the increased impact of their community social impact programs. Members benefit from a secular, open, collaborative, and inclusive framework that builds trust and creates a shared-fate environment. Monthly ½-day small group meetings at member sites are led by professional leadership strategies trained facilitators to encourage pragmatic information sharing, creative critical thinking, and performance accountability. Annual events include a full day workshop with industry-specific keynote presentations, strategic goals setting initiatives, and recognition awards.
