Members benefit from a secular, open, collaborative, and inclusive framework that builds trust and creates a shared-fate environment. Monthly ½-day small group meetings at member sites are led by professional leadership strategies trained facilitators to encourage pragmatic information sharing, creative critical thinking, and performance accountability.
