The Tutroom Foundation

The Tutroom Foundation is a South African education Not-For-Profit Organisation. We help Grade 12 students meet entry requirements into Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) degrees by providing them with supplementary support in Maths and Science. The program is run as an after school tutoring service where small groups of 6-8 students attend biweekly sessions with our expert tutors. Sessions run synchronously with the school curriculum, where tutors provide video content, administer practice tests and provide personalized feedback to each student. Tutroom partners with socially responsible companies who look to fund a high impact education initiative that is outcomes based, data driven and that offers ongoing feedback of students’ performance.
