The Office of Inclusive Innovation and Entrepreneurship aims to address the income inequality gap for overlooked communities by helping community members learn about wealth creation, innovative thinking, and social impact. We pursue this mission primarily through our programs Product Prodigy Institute (PPI) and WIELD.
The Product Prodigy Institute is a two year, credit bearing program spanning that engages students from groups and communities facing disadvantage and guides them through in process of launching new startups for impact.
From customer discovery to project management to pitch decks for investors, Project Prodigy provides students with experiential learning and mentorship through every part of new venture building.
WIELD Texas is a three-year incubator for women of color that provides a combination of professional skills development and personal support in order to help them advance to executive roles in corporate America. The 2 semester program focuses on developing entrepreneurial leaders for social impact.
