It is supported by the chambers of skilled crafts, the regional associations and the German Confederation of Skilled Crafts. The rapid change in technology, economics and society, and the trends towards inter-trade services require enormous flexibility and adaptability from many skilled crafts companies. In order to manage quick changes, the skilled crafts need adequate training strategies. To small and medium-sized enterprises needs-based further trainings are very important to maintain performance and competitiveness.
