Soborna Ukraine is a US nonprofit that was established to continue and broaden an earlier charity initiative of CEO Club Ukraine. STRATEGIC ARC RESIST - Today we are focused on supporting resistance against Russia's war of aggression and providing humanitarian relief to Ukrainians affected by the invasion. REPEL - Tomorrow, we are determined that Ukraine repel the Russian military for its sovereign lands, maximize costs to Russia of any ongoing occupation, and achieve a decisive outcome to the war. REBUILD - After a peace treaty, we will work to rebuild Ukraine's civilian and military infrastructure, accelerate the growth of its market economy, and ensure dividends of peace pass to all Ukrainians. Corporate Structure Soborna Ukraine is a Wyoming-domiciled public benefit nonprofit corporation whose purpose is to provide funding for high-impact interventions in Ukraine. Notice For Donors Soborna Ukraine is a US 501c(3) tax exempt public charity. It is incorporated in the State of Wyoming as a nonprofit under the Filing Name Save Ukraine Now Inc. and the Filing ID 2022-001086707. Not all donations to Soborna Ukraine are restricted to specific purposes, but some fundraising campaigns are certain projects, and donations flowing from such campaigns are earmarked internally for those purposes. However, we are required to inform you (by the IRS) that we retain ultimate discretion over the final use of all donations.
