Notice For Donors Soborna Ukraine is a US 501c(3) tax exempt public charity. It is incorporated in the State of Wyoming as a nonprofit under the Filing Name Save Ukraine Now Inc. and the Filing ID 2022-001086707. Not all donations to Soborna Ukraine are restricted to specific purposes, but some fundraising campaigns are certain projects, and donations flowing from such campaigns are earmarked internally for those purposes. However, we are required to inform you (by the IRS) that we retain ultimate discretion over the final use of all donations.
