Prescott College is a co-educational day school for students from Years 8 to 12 that has been operating for over 100 years. Enquiries are welcome for students who wish to study and learn within an environment shaped by Christian beliefs, values and lifestyle. We are intentional in our desire to help students grow both academically and spiritually, to enable them to make the right choices in life. Prescott College is part of the Seventh-day Adventist Education system which is second in size only to the Catholic Education system. The core values of the school are: Integrity, Respect and Joy. Prescott College has a sophisticated information network and has the advantage of being connected to the National Broadband Network (NBN). The school has an excellent outdoor education program. In addition to a strong core selection of academic subjects, Year 8 to 10 students choose from a broad range of subjects including Food Technology, Design and Technology, Textiles, Music, Drama, Fine Art and Information Technology. Prescott College enjoys a strong academic tradition for Year 11 and Year 12 students. An in-school sport program runs each week along with Physical Education classes to encourage healthy exercise. Our students’ experiences are further enhanced by a range of curricular and extracurricular activities which include competitions, guest speakers, excursions, school trips, community outreach, sports programs and outdoor education programs. The students and teachers comprise a rich, inclusive and ethnically diverse community.
