The word was derived by Dr. Kenneth Roberts while having a dream, and later denoting the word having its origins from three words, perpetual, jurisdiction, and vigilance. Dr. Roberts creative thoughts led him to arise from his sleep and have what is called an epiphany. Perpejulant, also known as Perpejulance, as defined by Dr. Roberts reflects a continuum of time, governed by boundaries, and housing an impulse to press forward in all ways related to a specific thought. Since 2007 the word Perpejulant has been defined as a way to enrich the lives of countless workers across America, and now the Perpejulant Institute is poised to provide great value to people around the world.
