The Paris International Model United Nations (PIMUN) is a French Model UN Conference, taking place every year in Paris, the "City of Lights".
After more than ten successful editions, PIMUN 2024 will be back from in June 2024, under the direction of Vincent Rastetter, Secretary-General, Pablo Bertoletti, Deputy Secretary-General, and 6 Under-Secretary Generals, managing a variety of tasks ranging from Communication to Simulation.
The Paris International Model United Nations is one of the biggest MUN in France. It brings together students from the most prestigious French Universities (Sciences Po, Panthéon-Sorbonne, Panthéon-Assas, Paris Dauphine, HEIP, ILERI, INALCO, IRIS, ISIT, Nanterre) in order to create a huge conference, expecting around 700 delegates. Consequently, PIMUN has a great importance in France, but also in Europe and around the world, as an event where foreign students can meet each other during five days of intense negotiations.
Reproducing the work of diplomats within the United Nations, future leaders are challenged, work in team and debate, write resolutions and increase oral skills; PIMUN is for them an exceptional opportunity.
