Nus Statistics And Data Science Society

Initially established in 2013 as NUS Statistics Society, NUS Statistics and Data Science Society (NUS SDS) is a student-run organisation that provides a key platform for university students who are enthusiastic about statistics and data science, to unite and expand their knowledge. Throughout each year, NUS SDS organises various events, including career talks, technical workshops, as well as our annual Data Science/Analytics Competition that is usually held at the start of the year. NUS SDS is committed to fostering a community of students interested in statistics and data science: to ignite interest in the field of statistics, data science and their related fields; to bring the student body together and cultivate teamwork; and to support students in their academic and career planning endeavours.
