Moving Forward Training Solutions (MFTS) was birth as an idea in 2015. Working as a Training and Curriculum specialist for the military and having nieces is private, civilian programs, I realized that there was a need. A need for non- military child development center, to receive the quality trainings that military child development centers receive. However, it wasn’t until 2021, when I finally created and officially started MFTS. A training company specializing in meeting your training needs with high quality training to move your company forward. Areas of specialization: Early childhood education, CPR/FA, Leadership development. Picture working at or sending your child to center where the staff has not had the opportunity to grow in their craft. The opportunity to receive quality, intentional, and purposeful training.
