The Menlo Park City School District (MPCSD) provides a world-class, community-funded education to the nearly 3000 kindergarten through 8th grade students it serves in the heart of Silicon Valley. Our mission is to inspire high academic achievement among all students, serve their needs, challenge their minds, and enrich their lives, laying a foundation for success and participation in our democratic society and as citizens of the world. At MPCSD, we work together as a community of teachers, administrators, staff, parents, and citizens so that: Every child achieves academic excellence. Every child becomes emotionally and physically stronger. Every child discovers and grows their talents. The District receives substantial support within the community through the passage of parcel taxes, most recently Measure X in the Spring of 2017; the Menlo Park Atherton Education Foundation; and our school Parent Teacher Organizations.
