The Mandel School for Educational Leadership aims to provide Israel’s education system with visionary leaders who have the passion, commitment, and practical wisdom to change Israeli society for the better. One of the five units of the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation–Israel, the School was founded in 1991 as a joint venture of the Mandel Foundation and Israel’s Ministry of Education. Today the approximately 500 graduates of the School’s two-year, full-time fellowship program serve as school principals, hold influential positions in national and local education systems, and head social organizations.
The Mandel School for Educational Leadership is housed in the Mandel Foundation’s headquarters in Jerusalem.
