The Lenoir-Rhyne Equity & Diversity Institute (LREDI) is designed to equip you with the strategies and tools to create a culture of inclusivity in your workplace and community. LREDI is a non-degree training program that supports and inspires executives, non-profit leaders, educators, civic employees, and other people who want to spark change in the interest of building better communities.
LREDI curriculum focuses on skills and practices that can be applied to the fields of business, education, and technology, as well as to general community advocacy. Participants can pursue a full Equitable Leadership Certificate, or simply take a class or two.
If you are motivated to non-violently disrupt systems that create and support complex societal inequities, then LREDI is here to help.
Upon completion of an Equitable Leadership Certificate, participants will be prepared to:
• Engage professionals, community members, employers, students and the general public in conversations about culture, equity and inclusion in their respective industries.
• Implement tools and strategies to create and lead social change efforts that shift culture, advance equity and foster inclusivity.
