LINKO ENGLISH, created by LINKO-HR, is a training organization that aims to improve the English and soft-skill competency of the employees in the automotive industry. LINKO-HR is currently the largest integrated HR service provider in the automotive and heavy machinery industries. In order to confront these challenges, LINKO-HR has launched LINKO ENGLISH, an English competency solution for the employees in the automotive industry. LINKO-HR takes English proficiency into account when assessing talent, and has created the LINKO 8-level English competency system. The criteria will be used as the English competency standard for various companies in the automotive industry. Currently, more than 5,000 managerial staff and senior engineers have been assessed and trained by LINKO ENGLISH, and trainees whose English has reached Level 5 and above have satisfied the English competency requirements of their corporate positions.
