Junior Diplomat Initiative

The student organization Junior Diplomat Initiative was established at the University of Economics, Prague on October 28, 2011. The organizing team consists of students of international relations and diplomacy at the University of Economics, Prague. In 2015 Junior Diplomat Initiative became an officially registered organization ("zapsaná společnost") in the Czech Republic. The main aim of Junior Diplomat Initiative is to create a platform enabling the students of international relations and diplomacy at the Faculty of International Relations to confront their theoretical knowledge with the practice of the contemporary world of diplomacy. Junior Diplomat Initiative aims to bring the aspiring junior diplomats close to the reality of their potential future in the world of diplomacy through interactive events, discussions with interesting guests and the common interest in international relations. The vision of Junior Diplomat Initiative is to develop students’ skills and knowledge that can be applied in their future, namely through interaction between the Junior Diplomat Initiative members, diplomats and international relations experts.
