The Institute of Housing Management (IHM) is a professional association and incorporated educational body that has been dedicated to promoting and enhancing skills and knowledge of individuals in the private property management industry for over 40 years. Upon granting of accreditation you have earned the privilege of Accredited Member (A.I.H.M.) designation.
