Igniting MINDS is founded by Joel D'Souza, a successful entrepreneur for the past 10 years. With his experience of failures and successes in his professional and personal life, he trains and speaks on entrepreneurship, leadership and various facets related to it. He has been training, coaching and mentoring startups in India and Sri Lanka and also had the opportunity to mentor 2 startups in South Korea through Korea SMEs & Startup Agency. He also trains Corporate Teams, MSME Teams in Leadership and Intrapreneurship Skills. He also speaks at various business forums and events on entrepreneurship, leadership and intrapreneurship.
