Changing and Improving Lives: Head of the Lakes United Way is committed to improving the quality of life in the Ashland/Bayfield, Greater Duluth, North Shore, and the Superior -Douglas County campaign areas. We work together with organizations and individuals to achieve positive and lasting change in our community.
