Founded in 2011, Global Voices is a non-profit organisation providing young Australians with personal and professional development opportunities in foreign policy, diplomacy, and international relations.
We partner with organisations to deliver our Global Voices Scholarship Program, in which Australian youth participate in a high-level research fellowship and attend the world's most prestigious summits. Our Scholars have travelled to forums including the IMF & World Bank Annual Meetings, World Health Assembly, the annual OECD Forum, and the United Nations.
Global Voices Scholars experience exclusive access and exposure to high-level foreign policy negotiations, as well as the opportunity to meet and network with Australian government representatives, senior academics, business leaders, and international decision makers.
Many of the testimonials we receive from our Scholars highlight the transformative nature of a Global Voices Scholarship; an experience that alters their perceptions of their capacity to contribute to positive and sustainable global development and broadens their future career aspirations.
