Europa Institut, Saarland University

The Europa-Institut at Saarland University is the second oldest institution of its kind. Each year, renowned lecturers come to prepare students for the challenges of the European and international job market. In more than seven decades, over 5.000 students from all over the world have graduated from the program and now hold positions in European and international organizations, internationally oriented law firms and companies as well as in national governments and administrations. The Europa-Institut is known for high educational standards and its close contact to European and international institutions. It is supported by the German Federal Foreign Office, the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, the European Commission and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and has been certified by the ACQUIN agency within the system accreditation of Saarland University. The research character of the institute is further underlined by its own publications while its practice-oriented approach is reflected in an ever-expanding range of offers with regard to executive training and career services. The Europa- Institut has a strong partner in its alumni association EVER e.V. with a wide-spread network of alumni throughout the whole world.
