Dartmouth Academy A new "all-through" academy in Dartmouth - an education centre that we hope will become central to the community and the first choice for learners and parents alike. Open since September 2010, it is one of a small number of schools nationally which offers education for learners of all ages. These academies are the fastest improving schools in England and some of the highest performing, and we know that Dartmouth Academy will continue this trend and exceed expectations. The academy offers an outstanding standard of teaching to learners aged 3-18. With a radical curriculum, a personalised approach to learning through distinct stages of teaching and a positive ethos that promotes excellence and achievement, the academy adheres to three clear values - to care, to inspire and to excel. Above all, we care deeply about the young people at our school and it is our primary goal to find the best ways to support them to succeed at the highest level. As a local academy, we strive to develop genuine partnerships with our learners, the parents/carers and the community as a whole.
