Established in 2010, Darca Schools draws on its innovative and business-oriented management to transform challenge-ridden schools in Israel’s underserved communities. We empower school leadership, incentivize teachers, and furnish students with resources that spark their curiosity and instill a strong sense of self-belief, accelerating their path to success. With a reach of more than 25,000 students from 45 schools under management, Darca’s measurable achievements prove that by narrowing funding gaps and expecting nothing less than excellence, change is possible across the entirety of Israel’s education system. Our highly regarded Board of Directors, and support from a worldwide network of philanthropists, led by Youth Renewal Fund and Azrieli Foundation, has helped grow Darca to an annual budget of $188 million with over 3,000 dedicated professionals. Darca is committed to continue its annual growth rate of 15 percent, and to help create a groundbreaking, enriched and efficient education system that can be a model for education reform worldwide.
