Community Schools Learning Exchange

At CSLX, we believe all young people deserve access to relationship-centered, racially just, supportive school communities where learning is culturally-rooted, rigorous, and relevant. Community schools offer an overarching strategy to engage teachers, students, families, and community partners in transforming the way we do school. Our staff has over 50 years of combined experience working directly in and in support of community school districts in California and beyond. Our partnership network spans the geography of the state, including rural and urban districts, student service providers, teacher organizations, after school provider networks, county offices of education, special education advocates, literacy specialists, and family- and youth organizers. We also draw on the resources of a powerful team of advisors, representing a breadth and depth of expertise in the youth- and educational sector.
