We are the Canadian Condominium Institute's British Columbia Chapter - Your strata connection to Education. Formed in 2002, CCI BC’s objective is to help strata councils and owners navigate running a strata corporation with ease and efficiency. We provide educational resources and access to local professionals and experts. CCI BC elevates strata council operations so they can achieve their goals and protect owners. The Canadian Condominium Institute is an independent, non-profit organization formed in 1982 with chapters throughout Canada. It leads the National Condominium industry by providing education, information, awareness and access to expertise by and for its members, and serves as a clearing house and research centre on strata and condominium issues and activities across the country. CCI also provides objective research for practitioners and government agencies regarding all aspects of condominium operations.
