The Vietnamese Student Association (VSA) at the University of California, Berkeley (UCB) aims to reflect the diverse, vibrant, and dynamic Vietnamese population on campus. Through VSA, we will engage in social, political, and literary issues by means of dialogue and discussions.
The Vietnamese culture is promoted and examined through culture shows and forums. Entertainment venues are organized to promote a friendly atmosphere for VSA members to gather as a community. In addition, VSA subcommittees will work with the community at large as well as on campus to bridge the student population with the general population.
It is our hope that the cabinet will work hard to help VSA reflect the richness of our student population and to represent the Vietnamese community at UCB. We encourage VSA members to come with ideas in order to organize and improve on past and current events.
In the end, through the cooperation of all Vietnamese students, we can come together to build friendships, learn from each other, and make positive changes within our Vietnamese community.
