The Centre for Inclusive Schooling of Children with Autism (CISCA) provides a range of consultation services, information, education and resources to schools and families of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Since 2008 CISCA has been working closely with families, schools and independent agencies to improve the education programs for children with ASD.
CISCA co-founded two innovative education programs for children with ASD; The IDEA Program and the Little Learners Autism Program.
The IDEA program brings together industry leading professionals and Victorian government mainstream schools to offer a comprehensive education option for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. Underpinned by the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis, this ground-breaking program excels in maximizing the students outcomes academically, behaviourally and socially; irrespective of age or presenting ability.
Little Learners is a centre-based intervention program for children with autism. It provides children with early, intensive, behavioural intervention (EIBI) - the most effective & evidence based educational approach for children with autism.
Through our programs we are committed to providing world class, evidence based intervention to children in the government school system and in early intervention centres.
