Malaysia
One of the major setbacks in Malaysian public schools is the lack of funding for digital infrastructure. As the world transitions into the 4th Industrial Revolution and Artificial Intelligence, it is scary to think of what will happen to the 90% of our students who are stuck with no digital infrastructure to support their learning. The Cutting Edge Zone or better known as CEZ Solutions was formed to help provide schools with a workable model to build digital classrooms by engaging the community, digital service providers and students. What started off as an effort to transform one classroom in the school to become a Cutting Edge Room has now resulted in the entire school becoming a Cutting Edge Zone with every student being given the opportunity to use digital tools to transform the way we teach and learn.
