As we grew our careers to executive ranks we noticed many of our female friends leaving the traditional workforce. We came to realize there was a massive retention problem in keeping highly educated, professional women working once they started a family. Something needed to be done to define a #newplayingfield, where women had the freedom to work flexible schedules to deliver cost and time effective solutions to business leaders' problems.
