Welcome to the official FlexTeam LinkedIn page! We are here to create conversations and dialogue about the power of women in the workplace. As we grew our careers to executive ranks we noticed many of our female friends leaving the traditional workforce. We came to realize there was a massive retention problem in keeping highly educated, professional women working once they started a family. Something needed to be done to define a #newplayingfield, where women had the freedom to work flexible schedules to deliver cost and time effective solutions to business leaders' problems. At FlexTeam we are laser focused on amplifying a win-win workforce where women and companies thrive.
