Integrated Design Associates Ltd was established in 1999 by Winston Shu. Winston has been practising for more than 30 years, with broad experience built over 2 decades of working with Sir Norman Foster and Partners on projects in UK, Hong Kong and China. His major completed work includes the Stansted Airport Terminal (with 28 international awards for excellence), and the Hong Kong International Airport Passenger Terminal Building (HKIA Silver Medal, voted the Best Airport in the World for 6 consecutive years since 2000).
