Cairo English School opened in September 2006. It is one of a number of British-style international schools in Cairo. It is situated in the rapidly developing area called New Cairo to the east of the city and close to the international airport. Class sizes are most favourable and high priority is given to the recruitment and retention of excellent teachers, the vast majority of which are UK qualified and have experience of teaching either in the UK or in British international schools.
