We deliver live-virtual and on-site training for standardized Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) courses recognized by the U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These courses include Preventive Controls (PC) for Human and Animal food, Foreign Supplier Verification Programs (FSVP), and Intentional Adulteration conducting Vulnerability Assessments (IAVA). FIC continues to be a reliable provider of FSPCA courses since 2015.
FIC is also proud to offer comprehensive GMPs and HACCP courses that are approved by the HACCP alliance. Other self-paced courses that FIC offers, include Recall and Traceability, Crisis Management, Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR) and Preventive Controls Refresher Training.
