Food Industry Consulting (FIC), founded in 2008 by Soheila (Sonia) Akbarzadeh is a consulting firm that provides expert guidance and training to food companies in food safety and product development. Our team of food safety and food technologist specialists are dedicated to helping our clients run superior food safety programs and develop innovative products. We deliver live-virtual and on-site training for standardized Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) courses recognized by the U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These courses include Preventive Controls (PC) for Human and Animal food, Foreign Supplier Verification Programs (FSVP), and Intentional Adulteration conducting Vulnerability Assessments (IAVA). FIC continues to be a reliable provider of FSPCA courses since 2015. FIC is also proud to offer comprehensive GMPs and HACCP courses that are approved by the HACCP alliance. Other self-paced courses that FIC offers, include Recall and Traceability, Crisis Management, Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR) and Preventive Controls Refresher Training. Furthermore, our food safety consulting services include the development and implementation of BRC, SQF, GAP assessments, and internal auditing.
