Located at the very bottom of the world, it was established to manufacture commercial fishing gear for the demanding New Zealand commercial fishing and outdoor industries. Graeme McMillan, the present Managing Director, took over the business in 1982 from his father George and has since extended the scope of manufacturing with a continued emphasis on quality and innovation for which Stormline has become renowned. Graeme’s background as a Structual Engineer has been instrumental in developing world leading designs that have improved comfort and safety for commercial fishermen and outdoor professionals. Graeme has since been joined by his daughter, Hayley and son Regan who are the third generation as the business continues grow and remains 100% family owned and operated.
