The National Assessment Governing Board sets policy for The Nation’s Report Card, also known as the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) – the country’s most respected representative measurement of student achievement. NAEP provides results for grades 4, 8, and 12 in nearly a dozen subjects, with some that have data available by state and large urban district.
