Founded already in 1993, Favorte has managed to optimise it’s operations according to the real estate market and become the successful company it is today. Over the years, Favorte has developed 50 000 m2 of commercial real estate and 45 000 m2 of residential real estate. We’ve gone through a rapid growth in residential real estate over the past few years and created 353 new homes. The future of Favorte includes the creation of 443 new homes and 175 000 m2 of commercial real estate that includes the rapid expansion of our most prominent development Tähetorni Technopark (Tähetorni Tehnopark). Our residential real estate developments include a whole new Käokella community built in Järveküla, Peetri and its growth is expected to continue in the years ahead. We constantly work with construction companies Mitt & Perlebach, Nordecon, Ramm Ehitus, Mapri Ehitus, Eventus Ehitus and our commercial buildings have attracted companies such as Roofit.solar, Rademar, Onninen, RGB Baltics, Benefit, Heat³, Mulieres and Iconfit.
