Favorte Real Estate (Favorte OÜ) is a long-time player in the field of property development in Estonia. Founded already in 1993, Favorte has managed to optimise it’s operations according to the real estate market and become the successful company it is today. Our goal is to create comprehensive living and working environments that also shape the customers’ expectations and market’s standards. Our solutions are built to last and withstand the test of time. A team of 15 specialists makes us agile, which allows quick adaptations in response to market’s demands and to prioritise quality over quantity. We offer built to suit solutions and professional consultation to satisfy our customers’ needs. We specialize in stock-office type of buildings in the commercial real estate field as it allows our clients to converge production, warehouse, office and showroom to one point reducing the cost of operations. Over the years, Favorte has developed 50 000 m2 of commercial real estate and 45 000 m2 of residential real estate. We’ve gone through a rapid growth in residential real estate over the past few years and created 353 new homes. The future of Favorte includes the creation of 443 new homes and 175 000 m2 of commercial real estate that includes the rapid expansion of our most prominent development Tähetorni Technopark (Tähetorni Tehnopark). Our residential real estate developments include a whole new Käokella community built in Järveküla, Peetri and its growth is expected to continue in the years ahead. We constantly work with construction companies Mitt & Perlebach, Nordecon, Ramm Ehitus, Mapri Ehitus, Eventus Ehitus and our commercial buildings have attracted companies such as Roofit.solar, Rademar, Onninen, RGB Baltics, Benefit, Heat³, Mulieres and Iconfit. Favorte is a member of Association of Real Estate Companies of Estonia and a member of Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
