After having born as a project by LA SALSERA and having arranged a pop-up bakery in 2012 the project acquired an independent structure. We opened a bakery+bistró+school in a permanent high street location in Donostia-San Sebastián in july 2014 and we are currently planning the imminent expansion of the project.
