We’re able to deliver the core functionality required to provide an end-to-end referral management tool with staff and patient communication functions. Our work has shown a reduction in referral time from 10 minutes to less than 60 seconds for Emergency Departments and up to a 96% reduction in clinic processing time following referral. Ensuring efficiencies at every turn for clinical teams, whilst ensuring patients remain informed, allowing clinicians more time to be with patients.

Our experience shows us that referrals are often managed in a risky manner through tools such as WhatsApp. EARL removes security and clinical safety concerns through a single, highly auditable platform. The platform is assured against the NHS Data Security Protection Toolkit (DSPT), DCB0129 and confirms with DCB1596 for the delivery of secure email correspondence.
