Efficient We’re able to deliver the core functionality required to provide an end-to-end referral management tool with staff and patient communication functions. Our work has shown a reduction in referral time from 10 minutes to less than 60 seconds for Emergency Departments and up to a 96% reduction in clinic processing time following referral. Assured Our experience shows us that referrals are often managed in a risky manner through tools such as WhatsApp. EARL removes security and clinical safety concerns through a single, highly auditable platform. The platform is assured against the NHS Data Security Protection Toolkit (DSPT), DCB0129 and confirms with DCB1596 for the delivery of secure email correspondence.
