Marc Rose and Med Abrous are the co-owners of The Spare Room, a cocktail lounge and gaming parlor, Winsome, a neighborhood modern diner, and Genghis Cohen, the iconic New York-style Chinese restaurant here in Los Angeles, CA. While all three properties are unique in concept each feature personal, unexpected details that make for a one-of-a-kind hospitality experience.
