Marc Rose and Med Abrous are the co-owners of The Spare Room, a cocktail lounge and gaming parlor, Winsome, a neighborhood modern diner, and Genghis Cohen, the iconic New York-style Chinese restaurant here in Los Angeles, CA. While all three properties are unique in concept each feature personal, unexpected details that make for a one-of-a-kind hospitality experience. Collectively the three establishments have received years’ worth of critical acclaim, from The Spare Room being named on the 2016 World’s Best Bars Top 100, to Winsome being included as one of Bon Appetit’s 50 Best New Restaurants, shortly after opening in 2016.
