Our distinguished brand portfolio comprises of self-operated establishments including TamJai Yunnan Mixian (譚仔雲南米線) and TamJai SamGor Mixian (譚仔三哥米線). TamJai is a legend in Hong Kong. The Tam's brothers started their journey in 1996 with the humble beginnings of their first mom-and-pop store, TamJai, located in Sham Shui Po, a working-class neighbourhood. They later expanded their success with the establishment of TamJai SamGor in 2008. Their success caught the attention of Toridoll Holdings Corporation, a listed restaurant group in Japan, which acquired both brands in 2018. Under the leadership of TJI's professional management team, the two brands have experienced even more rapid growth, transforming the dining landscape and introducing a new “Mixian”(rice noodle) food culture in Hong Kong. We also achieved the goal of listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2021 and expanded our restaurant network beyond Hong Kong, catering to a diverse customer base in Mainland China, Singapore, and Japan.
