Champion REIT owns Three Garden Road, a Grade-A office building in Central, Hong Kong; as well as the office tower and shopping mall of Langham Place in Mongkok, Kowloon. The LHI owns three exquisite hotels in Kowloon, including The Langham in Tsimshatsui, Cordis in Mongkok, and Eaton on Nathan Road. The Group’s hotel management arm, Langham Hospitality Group, has a portfolio that spreads across the world. It comprises over 20 luxury properties under the brands of The Langham, Langham Place, Cordis and other affiliated brands.
