Dedicated to meeting residents' needs for quality healthcare services, Metroplex has grown rapidly over the past few years. Metroplex Hospital provides 148 acute-care beds in Killeen, 60 psychiatric care beds in the nearby Metroplex Behavioral Health Center and 25 beds at Rollins Brook Community Hospital in Lampasas. The system employs about 1,200 area residents and cares for more than 125,000 patients each year.
