Metroplex Health System is the primary healthcare provider for West Bell, Coryell, and Lampasas counties, offering a wide array of medical and wellness services. Metroplex Hospital provides 148 acute-care beds in Killeen, 60 psychiatric care beds in the nearby Metroplex Behavioral Health Center and 25 beds at Rollins Brook Community Hospital in Lampasas.
